Fun show today although we had to start out with a disturbing discussion on this Thursday’s beheading of a woman in Oklahoma. This act of terror (not “Workplace Violence” ) is a good indication of the many reasons that carrying concealed is not only a good idea but increasingly may be necessary for you own self defense.
John From Danville, IL called in to with a range report on his new Springfield Armory G.I. 1911 and also to talk about a converting a Glock 22/23 to 9mm by simply changing a barrel.
Ed from Dearborn call in to say he did a similar thing with his Glock 30 SF changing it from 45 acp to 10mm. With good results too!
Wow, I like the idea of having multiple caliber capability in a single handgun.
Robert from Wixom called in to talk about his friends( “Eric the Great” from WhiteLake) new Ruger M77 in .44 Magnum and what a cool gun it will be for deer hunting now that straight walled pistol cartridges are legal in the lower portion of this state and many others.
